Reproduction
The works live on in the form of CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays and other physical media, or in the form of digital files that the purchasers may keep on their devices and computer systems. SSA may grant you the necessary permission for these uses, and may in turn obtain the express permission of the author(s) to make recordings.
Subject to the exceptions provided for in the law, reproduction requires the author’s permission, which the SSA can usually negotiate on behalf of its members. See also our declaration on artificial intelligence.
