Performance- and tour-organisers may send applications for authorisation and revenue declarations or usage reports to SSA by e-mail. Performance agreements may be sent to us as scanned copies bearing handwritten signatures.
Production companies, publishers or broadcasters may send authorisation requests and broadcast/usage reports to SSA by email.
However, the address used for sending these documents by e-mail must enable SSA to clearly establish an identity link with the entity owing the royaltiesRemuneration for authors' rights and to conclude that a valid power to act exists.
Furthermore, SSA reserves the right to request a duly signed form at any time, without having to justify this particular requirement.
