For live streaming, i.e. the transmission of live performances on a website, platform or mobile application, SSA is generally able to grant the necessary authorisations for works in its repertoireEntirety of works of a certain administration category.
For performances transmitted in this way, a specific authorisation – in addition to the authorisation for public performance – is required. The responsibility for obtaining this authorisation lies with the producer or organiser of the performance, depending on the circumstances. .
