SSA represents its members vis-à-vis the publishers when it comes to publishing contracts on translated stage works. It examines the contracts regarding their conformity with the statutory assignments of rights. The remuneration owed by the publisher to the rights owners is paid via SSA, who also checks the f work usage report in the process and thus takes troublesome administrative work off its members’ hands.

SSA represents its members vis-à-vis publishers when it comes to publishing contracts on stage works in their original language. It examines the contracts regarding their conformity with the statutory assignments of rights. The remuneration owed by the publisher to the rights owners is thus paid via SSA, who also checks the statement of work usage report in the process and thus takes troublesome administrative work off its members’ hands. 

Reproduction

The works live on in the form of CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays and other physical media, or in the form of digital files that the purchasers may keep on their devices and computer systems. SSA may grant you the necessary permission for these uses, and may in turn obtain the express permission of the author(s) to make recordings.
