Many of us don’t know what to do from autumn onwards: Will announced events take place? Will new ones follow? When will it be possible to earn money again regularly?
At the moment the consultation process for the transformation of the Corona emergency law into urgent federal law is underway. It demands that the Federal Council be able to continue the Corona aid, all measures from income replacement to emergency aid.This law is extremely important for the cultural sector. Since many industries outside the event sector are now no longer so massively affected, we cannot assume that the Federal Council and parliament will also be aware that normal business in the cultural sector will not be normal for a long time to come. So Sonart would like to provide as meaningful figures as possible in this consultation and in the political process.
You can help Sonart by filling out this survey (if possible by 19 July, but afterwards ist still good). Although the survey is on the SONART website, it is open to all cultural workers (including technicians, agencies, etc.).
