The SSA has drawn up General Terms and Conditions for the management of and collection for stage performances (GTCSP), which will apply to all performances from 1 September 2026. They are published here: https://ssa.ch/en/documents/tariffs-for-users/
These GTCSP do not change the basic terms and conditions for intervention and collection by the SSA. However, it seemed sensible to summarise the tariffs and all rules, including those that apply to special cases, in a single document. These GTCSP serve as a reference for other contractual documents, such as performance contracts and licences.
The GTCSP were the subject of numerous preliminary discussions with the Fédération Romande des Arts de la Scène (FRAS) and with private producers and touring organisers. The SSA is currently managing the transition of the framework agreements that certain venues had signed with it in the past, in particular the members of the Pool de Théâtres Romands.
Most of the SSA’s forms will be adapted to these new conditions in the course of the year. The SSA is also planning online appointments to answer questions from its members and theatre administrators.
